Installation instructions after downloading:

2. Install this Ch package with the following commands in a Ch command shell.
• gzip -dc chlibxml2-2.0.0.tar.gz | tar -xvof -
3. Ch Libxml2 XML package requires the Ch Iconv and Ch Zlib packages.
4. Read the readme.txt or readme_bin.txt for more detailed instructions.
